Relieving Pressure from the Hydraulic System
Release all the pressure in the hydraulic system before performing any work on
the hydraulic system.
Note:
If you park the machine on an incline or slope, the pressure in the traction
circuit does not release.
1. Move the machine to a level surface.
2. Lower any attachments fully.
3. Turn the key switch to the OFF position and allow the engine to stop.
4. Make sure all electrically operated control valves are actuated by setting the
key switch to the RUN position but Do Not start the engine.
5. Slowly move the auxiliary load valve to the fully FORWARD and fully
REARWARD positions.
6. If the machine is equipped with a front loader, move the loader control valve
to the FORWARD, REARWARD, fully LEFT, and fully RIGHT positions.
7. Turn the steering wheel in both the LEFT and the RIGHT directions.
8. Turn the key switch to the OFF position.
