E. Make sure the charge relief valve (CV1) is not blocked or damaged
(closed)
F. Test gear pump (P3) for damage
9. Operate the traction pedal in the forward and reverse directions. Make sure
the wheels are turning in the proper direction and allow the wheels to turn
slowly for ten (10) minutes.
10. Lower the machine to the ground.
11. For machines with an optional hydraulically operated equipment attached
(rear attachments or a front loader) operate the attachment controls to fully
cycle the attachment a few times.
12. Operate the traction unit by gradually increasing its work load to full over a
ten (10) minute period.
13. Stop the machine, check the hydraulic components for leaks and tighten
any loose connections.
14. Check the level and condition of the hydraulic fluid and adjust if necessary;
refer to the traction unit
