Brake Rotor

 

Rotor assembly installation 

1.

 

Apply anti-seize to the spindle and install the 
rotor assembly. 

 

 
 
 
 
 

 
    For the rear rotor assemblies install the 3  
    axle keys first. Apply anti-seize to the axle 
    and install the rotor assembly. 

 

 

2.

 

Tighten the nut until the nut stop. Locate the 
hole in the shaft and tighten 1 additional 

notch and install the cotter pin.  

 
 
 
 

 
 
   

 

 

3.

 

Install the brake caliper assembly.
