CVT Spring tension wrench TM50130 

 5mm Allen key

Preparation 

Place the transmission CVT holder in a vice, and 
place the transmission CVT on the holder. 
 

 

Disassembly

 

1.

 

Remove the CVT o-ring housing TM6880. 

Inspect for cracks, wear and condition of the 
o-ring.
