Replace both of the radiator hoses and tighten all 
the band clamps.  

 

Replace the air filter assembly and connect the 

air hoses, both from the frame to the air filter 
and from the air filter to the engine. Tighten the 
band clamps to all connections.  

 

After applying a light coating of anti-seize, slide 
the engine CVT over the output shaft on the 
engine, ensuring that the key is installed in the 
keyway. Tighten the CVT bolt to 36 ft/lbs 

(48nm).  

 

Install the CVT Belt over the clutches so that the 

wording is facing away from the engine. After the 
belt tension has been set you may now tighten 
the 4 engine mounting bolts at the engine tray. 
These bolts should be tightened to 60 ft/lbs 
(81nm.) 

 

Install the exhaust assembly through the left side 
of the engine bay. Mount the muffler studs 
loosely to the frame with the exhaust flange up 

to the exhaust manifold studs. Ensure exhaust 
gasket is in place before tightening the 2-10mm 
nuts onto the exhaust manifold studs. Tighten 
the 4-13mm muffler nuts.
