Booster to cylinder bolt adjustment 

When reinstalling the master cylinder, make sure 

there is 1 to 2 mm of clearance between the 
master cylinder valve (2) and the booster push-
rod (1).  

 

If adjustment is needed loosen the lock nut (3) 
and adjust the pushrod until the rod is flush with 

the booster surface. Try fitting the master 
cylinder again.  
 

Lock nut – 8mm 
Push rod – 6mm
