Tighten the banjo fitting. 

 

19.

 

Apply anti-seize onto the valve. 

 

20.

 

Install the air valve into the accumulator. 

 

21.

 

Pressurize the accumulator for approximately 
1 to 2 seconds. Just so there is enough 
pressure to bleed the air out. 

 

22.

 

Loosen the hose banjo fitting slowly till a 
small amount of oil bleeds out. This 
procedure will bleed the air from within the 
shock.  

23.

 

Retighten the hose bolt.
