Calibration
set cal o3 coef
set cal high o3 coef
set cal low o3 coef
These commands will auto-calibrate the O
3
coefficient based on the O
3
span gas concentrations. The high and low commands are only available in
dual and auto range mode. If the mode is incorrect, the instrument
responds with “can’t, wrong settings”. The example that follows shows a
successful auto-calibration of the low O
3
coefficient.
Send:
set cal low 03 coef
Receive:
set cal low 03 coef ok
set cal o3 bkg
These commands will auto-calibrate the O
3
background. If the instrument
is set to manual O
3
mode, the response to “set O
3
bkg” will be “can’t, wrong
settings”. The example that follows shows a successful auto-calibration of
the O
3
background.
Send:
set cal 03 bkg
Receive:
set cal 03 bkg ok
o3 coef
high o3 coef
low o3 coef
These commands report the O
3
coefficient in single range mode, or the
high and low range coefficients in dual or auto range mode. If the mode is
incorrect, the instrument responds with “can’t, wrong settings”. The
example that follows reports that the O
3
coefficient is 1.000.
Send:
o3 coef
Receive:
o3 coef 1.000
set o3 coef
value
set high o3 coef
value
set low o3 coef
value
These commands set the O
3
coefficient to user-defined values to
value
,
where
value
is a floating-point representation of the coefficient. The
example that follows sets the O
3
coefficient to 1.005.
Send:
set o3 coef 1.005
Receive:
set o3 coef 1.005 ok
resp coef
This command reports the current O
3
response coefficient. The example
that follows reports that the O
3
response coefficient is 1.000.
