menu. It is
recommended to test the optimal parameters for each assay before
operation.
Steps are listed and numbered in the order of execution. It is possible to
add steps to the step list. The maximum number of steps in a protocol is
99.
If there is more than one step in the protocol, the step parameters are
not shown on the
Steps
row.
