3.
If Auto 6 or Auto 3 is selected for the Sample Positioner setting:
a.
Place the blank and sample in the appropriate positions on the carousel.
b.
Confirm that the blank and sample are in the appropriate positions on the carousel
and press the enter key.
c.
Once the blank and sample have been measured, remove them from the carousel.
d.
To measure additional samples, press the Measure Sample function key and repeat
steps 3a through 3c.
4.
If Manual 6 or Single Cell Holder is selected for the Sample Positioner setting:
a.
Place the blank in the B position on the vial holder carousel and press the Measure
Blank function key. Once the blank has been measured, remove it from the carousel.
b.
Place the sample in the appropriate position on the vial holder carousel. If needed,
use the Sample Positioner keypad to set the vial location. Press the Measure
Sample function key.
5.
After the measurement is complete, the kinetics data and rate will be shown. Press the
Tabular or Graph function key to switch between tabular and graphical displays.
a.
On the graphical display, press the Edit Graph function key and then press the
Cursor function key to move the cursor line from one position to another on the plot.
As the cursor moves, the rate and result values indicate the values for the point
where the cursor is located.
Recalling an Existing Kinetics Method
1.
Press the test key to access the Test Types menu.
2.
Press the ▲or ▼ key to highlight Kinetics and press the enter key.
3.
To recall an existing Kinetics method, press the Stored Tests function key.
4.
Press the ▲or ▼ key to highlight Load internal test or Load test from USB drive and press
the enter key.
5.
Press the ▲or ▼ key to highlight the desired test and press the enter key.
