3-Point Net
The 3-Point Net application determines the height of a peak based on a sloping baseline drawn
between two wavelengths on either side of the peak. This type of analysis is beneficial when
the precise peak height is needed for a particular assay. A factor can be multiplied by the
measured peak height to give the concentration of the measured analyte in the appropriate
concentration units. This section covers:

Setting the Parameters for 3-Point Net Method
1.
Press the test key to access the Test Types menu.
2.
Press the ▲or ▼ key to highlight 3-Point Net and press the enter key.
3.
Highlight and change the displayed test parameters, including Test Name, Wavelength 1,
Wavelength 2, Wavelength 3, Factor, Units and Sample Positioner. See the
section for more information on the test parameter settings.
4.
Press the Save Test function key and follow the onscreen prompts to save the test.
