Standard Curve Test Menu

Orion AquaMate Spectrophotometer User Manual 

Thermo Scientific 

 

a.

 

Press the View Graph function key to display a graph of the standard curve data. 

 

b.

 

To save the test with the standard curve, press the Save Test function key and follow 
the onscreen prompts. 

c.

 

Press the Edit Standards function key to edit the standard curve. 

d.

 

Press the Run Test function key to start measuring samples.  

 

Measuring Samples using a Standard Curve 

Once the standards have been measured for the standard curve: 
1.

 

Press the Run Test function key. 

2.

 

Prepare the blank and samples that will be measured. 

3.

 

If Auto 6 or Auto 3 is selected for the Sample Positioner setting: 

a.

 

Place the blank and samples in the appropriate positions on the vial holder carousel 
and press the Measure Samples function. 

b.

 

Confirm that the blank and samples are in the appropriate positions and press the 
enter key to begin taking measurements.
