Place the blank in the B position on the vial holder carousel and press the Measure 
Blank function key.  Once the blank has been measured, remove it from the carousel. 

 

c.

 

Place the standard in the appropriate position on the vial holder carousel. If needed, 
use the Sample Positioner keypad to set the vial location. Press the Measure 
Standard function key and press the enter key to measure the standard. Repeat for 
each standard. 

 

5.

 

When all of the standards have been measured, the absorbance of each standard will be 
displayed with the slope, intercept and correlation coefficient of the standard curve.
