Description The .q xx directive generates signed, 2s-complement fractional integers and
long integers whose decimal point is displaced xx places from the LSB.
Example Here’s an example of the .qxx directive. The value of xx can be either positive
or negative.
.q0 3.1415926 ; All upper 32 bits are integers
.q1 3.1415926 ; One fractional bit (left shift 1
.q2 3.1415926 ; Two fractional bits (left shift 2)
.q16 3.1415926 ; Upper 16 are whole integers,
; lower 16 are fractional
