• Cut off the 4 pin connector from the other
end of the gate cable, ensuring numbers are
present on the cable stubs for reference later.
• Insert the sleeved grommet from the fixing
kit into the hole on the hinge side in the
barley seed floor.
• Thread the cable through the grommet,
underneath the platform and up thorugh the
large hole in the platform which leads into
the powerpack housing. Ensure the pre-
fitted cable spring sleeve remains in place
on the cable. Reconnect the 4 pin connector,
following the stub wire numbering.
• Plug the connector into the designated
sockets in the main powerpack wiring loom - see wiring diagram for
reference.
16. Connect connector block from car station to 16 way connector block and
carriage gate latch as per page 25
