Using the telephone with Multiline

Dialing a number from the local call list

A call on a line assigned to you has not been answered.
”New call list entry” appears in the idle display.

Scroll to the

New entry in call list

menu item.

Confirm your selection.

Scroll to the desired entry. The right--hand side of the display shows you which

line assigned to you received the call.

Lift the handset.

Dialing a number from the central call list

A line that has been not been allocated to either you or one of your colleagues re-
ceived a call that was not answered.
”New call list entry Line” appears in the idle display.

Scroll to the

Confirm your selection. You can now see which lines contain call list entries.

Scroll to the desired selection line, e.g.

Confirm your selection. You can now see the call list data for the selected line.

Scroll to the desired entry.

Lift the handset.

It is not possible to delete an entry from the central call list. The call list entries

are automatically deleted from the call list after a connection has been made.
