Overview of the telephone functions
Update the time and partner / line display as well as the displays of the
DSS module.
You can switch between your first caller and a second call.
Select the language for the display. The available languages are English,
German, Italian and French.
This function allows you to view the call for those lines that are not as-
signed directly to you or your colleagues.
You can have calls to another line indicated on your telephone, as well as
modify the line display.
The call list contains all calls which you did not answer.
You can protect your telephone against unauthorised use as well as deter-
mine, which functions should still be available after locking the telephone
(the locking levels need to be enabled by the TENOVIS Service).
You can view the list of the callers that you have spoken to (max.10).
The central telephone book (CETB) is a call number memory in your tele-
phone system. Here you can find and dial call numbers just as with your
own telephone. The search for a call number in the central telephone book
can be made easier by assigning the search function to a function key.
