Changing call diversion from another phone
-
You can call from outside of the telecommunication system to set up or change a
call diversion for your telephone or another telephone. This is possible from every
telephone with subsequent-tone dial (DTMF).
Dial the subscriber whose call diversion is to be changed:
Dial your telecommunication system call number
from an external telephone, e.g. 0697505.
Enter your system’s flat--rate line code, e.g. 89. You hear the dialing tone
as confirmation.
Enter the call number of the subscriber for whom you want to
change the call diversion, e.g. 6055.
Enter your PIN if necessary, e.g. 1234.
Now you can set up, change or deactivate call diversion:
Setting up or changing a call diversion:
Enter the codes for “Activate follow me”, e.g. Star 14.
Enter the system’s external line code and then the
call number which is to receive the diverted calls, e.g. 00897543. An acknowledgement
tone confirms the action.
Deactivating a call diversion:
Enter the codes for “Deactivate follow me”, e.g. Hash 14.

•
“Changing call diversion from another phone” must be activated by the Tenovis
service department. The service department can also give you the flat--rate line
code and PIN.
•
In many cases you can only change call diversion from certain pre--defined tele-
phones. Your service department can tell you whether this applies to your system.
