The following list is a list from the T-API Customer Service Department of the 10
most commonly asked questions relating to the Model 400E O3 Analyzer.
1.
How do I get the instrument to zero / Why is the zero key not displayed?
See Section 11.3.4 Inability to zero.

How do I get the instrument to span / Why is the span key not displayed?
See Section 11.3.3 Inability to span.

How do I enter or change the value of my Span Gas?
Press the
CONC
key found under the
CAL
or
CALS
buttons of the main

display menus to enter the expected O

span concentration.

How do I perform a midpoint calibration check?
Midpoint Calibration Checks can be performed using the instrument’s AutoCal
Feature (see Section 7.6) or by using the Control Inputs on the Rear Panel of
the instrument (see Section 6.8.2). The IZS Option is required in order to
perform a mid-point span check.

Why does the
ENTR
key sometimes disappear on the Front Panel Display?
During certain types of adjustments or configuration operations, the
ENTR
key
will disappear if you select a setting that is nonsensical (such as trying to set the
24-hour clock to 25:00:00) or out of the allowable range for that parameter
(such as selecting an iDAS Holdoff period of more than 20 minutes).
Once you adjust the setting in question to an allowable value, the
ENTR
key will
re-appear.
