Turn off power to the instrument. 

2.

 

Remove instrument cover. 

3.

 

The IZS Zero Air Scrubber is attached to the brass elbow inlet fitting on the top 

of the O

3

 Generator Assembly. See Figure 11-6. 

4.

 

Disconnect 1/4” Tube Fitting nut on O3 Generator inlet fitting. 

5.

 

Disconnect 1/8” tube fitting on the other end of the scrubber. 

6.

 

Install new scrubber by reversing these steps.
