To Take Measurements on Multiple Waveforms
The logic scope takes Delay and Phase measurements on two channels instead of
one. The logic scope takes measurements of a group of channels when taking
Setup, Hold, and Skew measurements. Table 3–3 on page 3–68 defines these
measurements. Do the following procedures to these automated measurements.
To measure delay, you select the waveform to measure delay to (the waveform to
measure delay from is the selected channel in the selected group). Then you
select the edges on the two waveforms. To do these tasks, do the following steps.
1. Press MEASURE

sequence brings up the Measure Delay main menu. (See Figure 3-35.)
2. Press Delay To (main)

3. Press Measure Delay to (side) repeatedly to choose the delay to waveform.
The choices are live channels Ch1 through Ch16 and the reference channels
Ref1(1) through Ref4(16). You can also use the general purpose knob to
speed scrolling through the menu choices.
Note that since reference waveforms acquired in the same channel can be
saved to different reference (Channel 1 can appear in all four reference
groups), any one of 16 channels can be specified for each reference group. A
