To Initialize Probes
If, for any reason, you do not want to use the probe calibration stored for a group
of channels, you can erase it. To erase the probe calibration for any group of
channels, do the following procedure:
1. Press the front-panel button corresponding to the group that contain the
channels for which you intend to erase probe calibration. Press SHIFT if
selecting any of one of Group 5 through Group 8.
2. Press GROUP MENU

Cal Probes (main).
3. Press OK Initialize Probes (side).
Once erased, probe calibration data cannot be recovered.
Changing Probes
If you move a probe to another channel, you should include that probe in a group
and compensate it again.
Redefining groups does not require a new Probe Cal unless you move any probe
to a channel other than which it was compensated with. For instance, you can
define Group 1 to include all 16 channels, install all probes on all channels, and
