Pipette 10 µl of a 1 nM Fluorescein solution (diluted in 0.01 M NaOH) and 10 µl of
the blank solution (0.01 M NaOH) into the wells of a Greiner 1536-well plate
(black, flat bottom) according to the plate layout.
