Information Fields
Field Description
Address Displays the hexadecimal address of the element.
Barcode
If a cartridge is present in the element and has a
barcode, the barcode label of the cartridge displays. If
a cartridge is present in the element and does not
have a barcode, the message
(Barcode?)
appears. If no
cartridge is present in the element, the field is blank.
Type Displays the element being viewed.
Serial Number
Displays the serial number for the selected tape drive.
Model
Displays the tape drive type, such as
DLT8000.
Revision Displays the firmware revision number of the
selected tape drive.
