Internet browser software is not supplied with the RMC. You must
obtain and install a browser independently. The Management
Console supports the following Internet browsers:
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 and 6.0

To access the Management Console Web pages:

On the host computer, open the Internet browser software.

The RMC is set with the following defaults:

By default, the RMC card uses Dynamic Host Configuration
Protocol (DHCP) and is enabled for assignment of IP
addresses. The network defines and assigns the IP address
based on the range allowed by the network administrator.
