The first page that displays when you access the Management
Console Web pages is the RMC
Home
page as shown in figure 1 .
This page includes information on the library status as follows:
• Unable to communicate with library
• Library is available
• Library is unavailable
—initializing
—demo running
—diagnostic running
The status
Unable to communicate with library
indicates a
communications problem between the RMC and the library, such
as a bad serial connection from the RMC to the library, or a
conflicting baud rate between the library and the RMC.
Note:
The RMC communicates with the library at the library’s
default baud rate of 38400. You may use the menu on
library’s front panel to check or set the library’s baud
rate.
