Controller busbar over current
error
Controller busbar current is equal or greater than the
protection value.
1. Turn off the bike, and switch off the circuit
breaker. Then, check the whether the motor
phase wire terminal are loose, or broken.
Check whether the motor outlet phase
sequence corresponds to the U / V / W on the
controller. Finally, check whether the
magnetic encoder output wire corresponds to
the yellow, green and blue wires on the
harness assembly.
2. Check the rear wheel and brake for
obstruction or seizure
Check motor phase wires and Hall sensors for
correct operation. If fault persists, replace the
motor

Internal system failure
Replace the motor controller assy.

Tip-over sensor error
Tip-over sensor has a poor contact, or tip-over sensor
broken.
Turn off the bike, and stand the bike to be
upright. Then, re-start the bike. The error will
be eliminated.

error
Internal battery temperature too low while charging
Stop charging and return the battery to a warm
area and allow the internal temperature to rise
before charging

It's caused by the overheated MOS when the battery pack
is discharging.
Stop riding the machine until the temperature

and ensure machine is not overloaded

It's caused by the overheated MOS when the battery pack
is charging.
Stop charging the battery until the temperature

error
During riding, if the rear wheel, motor, gearbox or chain
become seized then the motor current will exceed
acceptable limits
Turn off the bike and switch off the circuit
breaker. Examine the rear wheel, brake,
gearbox and chain for operation. Repair or
replace as necessary

Communication Error
CAN communication wire loose, damaged or a hardware
failure has occurred.
Turn off the bike and switch off the circuit
breaker.
Check all the machine wiring connections and
wiring to the battery, dashboard and motor
controller. Repair or replace as necessary.
