Auto Answer
activates your phone to answer all incoming calls automatically via the speakerphone after a
predetermined number of rings (hands-free). Press

[VPAA]
Voice Page Auto Answer
activates your phone to answer all incoming Voice Pages automatically via the
speakerphone after a predetermined number of rings. It is relevant only when
[VPR]
is activated.
Press
[VPAA]
once to activate; press again to deactivate.

[VPAA]

[VPR]
Voice Page Receive
toggles the availability of your station to receive Voice Pages. Press
[VPR]
once to
activate; press again to deactivate. When activated, a bullet is displayed next to
[VPR]
.
[Elps]
Elapsed Time Display
toggles the display of the duration of incoming/outgoing external calls, or network
calls. When activated from idle, Elapsed Time makes the duration of a call automatically display whenever
the call is established. When activated during a call, Elapsed Time displays duration of the current call.
The elapsed time is shown in HH:MM:SS format up to (13 hours) 12:59:59.
CAUTION!
Leaving your workstation while Auto Answer is activated will cause your
station to answer an incoming call. All conversations in the room can be
heard. A trunk call trapped in Auto Answer could lock up the trunk until
released by the system.
