Operating from idle:
1. Press

2. At the prompt, dial the station number.
Options available while monitoring:

Operating upon hearing busy or ringback tone:
1. Dial the station.
2. Upon hearing busy or ringback tone, press

and dial 9.

NOTE!
If you hear the reorder tone when attempting to monitor a call either the port is protected against
monitoring (
SECURED
) or All conference card ports are engaged (
NO RESOURCE
