To set up your company e-mail account on your device:
•
Set up your device to synchronize via a wireless LAN or over-the-
air connection with your company’s Exchange Server. For more
information about synchronizing with the Exchange Server, see
Chapter 8.
To set up a POP3 or IMAP4 e-mail account
If you have an e-mail account from an ISP or other web-based accounts
such as Gmail®, add them as POP3 or IMAP4 accounts on your device.

On the Select Account screen,
tap
Other E-mail
.

Enter your e-mail address.
After you enter the
@
symbol, a
menu will be displayed listing
some of the most popular e-mail
providers. You can select your
e-mail provider if you see it in
the menu.

Enter your password, then tap
Next
.
4.
If your e-mail provider is not found in the menu, you will be prompted
to enter settings such as the incoming and outgoing server names.
Ask from your provider about these settings, enter them, then tap
Next
.

Tap
Menu > Advanced Settings
to customize more settings

Tap
Finish
or
Menu > Done
.
To access your e-mail accounts
•
Tap
Start > Messaging
. You will see your e-mail accounts in Windows
Mobile Messaging’s Account Picker screen. See “Messaging” earlier in
this chapter for details.
