3.6 Reports
Synectix VMS Lite provides “Mailbox Report” and a “Call Statistics Report”.
Mailbox Report :
This report consists of list of mailboxes, number of new messages, number of saved
messages, number of total messages per mailbox, i.e. the details about each mailbox.
The mailboxes will be displayed in a sorted order (ascending order). The report is
shown above.
Date and time for the field ‘Data collected at:’ is the date and time when the binary file
was collected from the Unit. Date and time for the field ‘Report generated at:’ is the
date and time when report was generated based on the binary file shown against the
‘Report based on’ field. This report may be generated by directly collecting the data
from
Synectix VMS Lite or from a saved configuration.
Percentage of free memory is the percentage of amount of space left for recording in
Synectix VMS Lite . This field of information may vary from report to report as amount
of free space may vary. This percentage tells about the free memory of the unit when
the binary file was created.
