Single Digit Plan: The Single Digit Plan allows the callers to dial a department or
access an Audiotext menu directly by pressing a single digit. The digits 0, 9 and the
Operator digit (if other than 0 or 9) are excluded from the Single digit plan digits.
Hence, a maximum of 8 departments and/or Audiotext message menus may be
associated with a single digit plan.
You may add extensions or messages for a single digit mutually exclusively. Message
numbers for a particular digit may be from 1 to 32 and the total number of messages
may not be more than 6. A maximum of 4 extensions are allowed for a particular digit.
Extensions are dependent on extension-length.
To add or modify, first select a digit from 1 to 8, select the `Extension’ or `Message’ type
and add the entries in the box on the right side of the screen. All the current entries for
all digits are shown in the box below.
