Follow-Me number of the mailbox is displayed if programmed.

Do Not Disturb (DND) – Enabled / Disabled

Pager Notification – Enabled / Disabled

Reminder Call - Programmed / Not programmed.

Reminder Call Time – is displayed if programmed.

Reminder Call Frequency – Once / Daily (Blank if reminder call not set)
Note: The recording of the Mailbox owner’s name and the personal greeting may be
done through Touch-tone options only.
Slide the scroll bar at the bottom of the pop-up window to view the attributes for the
mailboxes.
3.2.2 Reset User Password
If the user of a Mailbox forgets his password, it is possible to reset his password to the
default password (which is the same as his mailbox number) under this option.
3.2.3 Global Mailbox Settings
Global Mailbox Settings are the settings that affect all the mailboxes maintained by
Synectix VMS Lite
. Any changes made to these parameters will be applied to all the
mailboxes created so far. There are three different parameters shown which are
considered to be global parameters as shown below.
