Press the button you want.
The predefined Speed Dials are located in the upper section of the function key pad (see
Figure
, page 10). They have not been written on the insertion cards and they
have not been configured yet. The following will appear when you press this button:
In the first line of the display, you will see which Speed Dial it concerns, whether it has been
assigned, and if so, with which number.

Use the arrow buttons to move to the menu item “Modify” and confirm your selection with

Once you have confirmed the option “Modify”, you have the following options for calling a
telephone number:

If you have called the global or your personal Phonebook, you can select a number from it.
For further information please refer to chapter 5.16,
If you have called “Enter manually”, you can enter the number you wish to call using the
keypad.
You can also add a suffix dial to a number (e. g. 12345678x555). This allows you to dial
additional DTMF tones, for example an access code, once the connection is created. You can
only change this suffix dial usingSwyxIt!. Alternatively, you can assign the suffix dial numbers
to a second Speed Dial using the option “Successive dial”. This Speed Dial is then pressed after
the connection is made. For further information, please refer to the SwyxIt! documentation.

Confirm your selection with

and the Configuration menu will automatically move one
menu level higher, or exit the menu by pressing “0”, without changing the settings.
