If an outgoing call is started or if the Line button is pressed during this wrap up time, the line
will once again be cleared afterwards for incoming calls.
If you would like to disable incoming calls to a line from time to time, you can define this using
the menu of the assigned Line button (see chapter 6.1,
The Number of Available Lines
The number of available lines always corresponds to the number of configured Line buttons, i.e.
to change the number of lines, you must either add or remove Line buttons accordingly. The
configuration of Line buttons is identical to the configuration of function keys (see chapter 7.6,

This is how you configure a Line button

Go in the main menu to the menu item “8 > Configuration” and confirm your selection with

The Settings menu will appear.

Then, in the Configuration menu, go to the menu option “3 > Lines”.
In the display you will see “Lines” and the number of existing lines. The number of available
lines will be shown in the menu. The default setting is always two lines.

Move the arrow buttons to the line you would like to configure.

Confirm your selection with

The line abbreviation, the line number, and the extension will appear in the first line of the
display. Here you have the option of entering an extension for outgoing or incoming calls.
Select the desired option and confirm this selection with
