General remarks about alarm configuration :
The parameters A1 and A2 define the type of alarm and
the switching behavior of the associated alarm relay :
- Temperature or heater current monitoring
- Absolute or relative alarm limit value
The previously described configuration options are
defined as follows :
Signal contact
:
Alarm limit value is relative to the active setpoint
temperature and changes simultaneously, it can so
act as a process-high or process-low alarm.
Example: Alarm value : +50°C
Setpoint : 230°C
-> Alarm from 280°C
Limit contact :
Alarm limit value is absolute and independent from
the actual setpoint temperature.
Limit comparator (range) :
Alarm limit value range is relative to the active
setpoint temperature and changes simultaneously, it
acts as a process-high and process-low alarm.
Example: Alarm value : 50°C
Setpoint : 230°C
-> Alarm up to 180°C and from 280°C
