from other programs, spreadsheets or databases. Clicking on File Merge, this
program asks you to specify the file name and location of the file to be used for
such input:

This program is using an intelligent way to select the data in the file you choose.
The program reads the number of fields in the file and then prompts you to link
the required field or column to the respective text on the label.

The

shows a sample of the data contained in the field

you selected so you can check it is correct.
