Movement data
The history of user’s training sessions is stored in the Movement data.
To gain access to the training data, go to User Center and select the
Movement data item.
The displayed statistics show the history of the
user’s training sessions.
It is possible to edit the list
– remove records by selecting an item and
clicking “Delete”.

– inclination angle of the running belt (%)
Pulse
– pulse value (beats per minute)
Time
– training time (m:s)
Distance
– covered distance (km)
Calories
– number of burnt calories (kcal)
Speed
– speed of the run (km/h)
Sharing training results
A summary appears after the end of each training. You can share your
results in the social networks by clicking a relevant icon and logging into
your account.
Click on X to return to the main screen.
AVAILABLE MODES
Quick Start
Quick start of the training, without the need for preliminary setting of training
parameters.
The user may change training parameters during the training,
depending on individual needs.
The parameters (speed, inclination angle) can be changed using the
buttons on the console or on the treadmill handles.
Click the Start (Go) inscription to start the training.
The user may end the training (stop the treadmill) at any time by
clicking the Stop button.

Contests - Zawody
Competition of the user with the system.
The user chooses one of the 12 predefined programmes with various
degrees of difficulty.
The training time is set for 30 minutes by default. The training time can
be changed by clicking “+” or “-” icons
The user can watch his/her results and position in the contest by
observing a simulation of the 400-metre treadmill. It is possible to
simultaneously use applications: Local Video, Local Music and Online
Searching (web browser and social networks).
To select a different training mode (Virtual Reality, User Program,
Program Fitness, HRC), it is necessary to stop the contest. To go to a
different training mode, click YES in the displayed window, or click NO
to continue the contest.
Click the Start (Go) inscription to start the training.
The user may end the training (stop the treadmill) at any time by
clicking the Stop button.

Selection of the scenery
– background of the screen and the assigned
route. The user may select any of the three realistic sceneries, getting the
impression of the run in the area.
During training you can adapt the speed of the run (Speed) and the
inclination angle of the running belt (Incline)
The parameters (speed, inclination angle) can be changed using the
buttons on the console or on the treadmill handles.
The training starts after clicking the Start inscription.
The training ends after stopping the running belt and running the
distance designated for the scenery. The user may end the training
(stop the treadmill) at any time by clicking the Stop button.
