is to be used together with the redundancy feature, the company phone book needs to be
configured for LDAP or BroadWorks. For more information, see

If the company phone book is configured to use a CSV file, it will not be compatible with
the Spectralink IP-DECT/Virtual IP-DECT Servers when running in failover mode.
