Hardware Setup

5(a)

Clip the DRM Top onto the processor with the DRM Top

mounting holes facing away from the processor’ s heat sink

assembly.

5(b)

Slide-in the processor into the DRM Assembly and insert it

in Slot2 #1, while making sure that the heat sink assembly

is facing towards the center of the motherboard.

Important:

The Slot2 connector is directionally keyed, and

the processor will not go in unless it is properly oriented,

as shown in the figure.

5(c)

Secure the DRM Top bar to both DRM stands by using two

mounting screws.

5(d)

Connect the processor cooling fan cable to the CPU fan

power connector labeled

CPUFAN

on the motherboard.
