We recommend that you use this

instead of the heat sink that comes

with your CPU.

Part 3: FSB Termination Card

The 

FSB (Front Side Bus)

Termination Card

 must be

inserted in the unoccupied Slot2

connector #2 in a Single processor

configuration. If you install only one

processor, fit it in Slot2 #1, and

insert the FSB Termination Card in

the available Slot2 #2.

3. Mount the CPU Heat Sink & Fan Assembly

The CPU Heat Sink & Fan assembly provided by SOYO provides

better heat dissipation capability. Remove the original heat sink at

the back of the CPU SEC cartridge and affix SOYO’ s Heat Sink &

Fan assembly by securing the four mounting screws to the CPU’ s

thermal plate.
