The replacement of the component part on the S tension regulator assembly requires

a precise adjustment. Therefore, replace the whole assembly (A-8267-795-E ).

Preparation

Turn off the power.

Remove the upper lid. (Refer to Section 2-3-1 in Maintenance Manual Part 1.)

Remove the plate MD assembly. (Refer to Section 2-4 in Maintenance Manual

Part 1.)

Remove the cassette compartment assembly. (Refer to Section 2-5 in Mainte-

nance Manual Part 1.)
