(19) Install the Guide channel (EX3) in the third Extension console and in the fourth Extension
console as shown in the illustration. Align the two M4-screw holes on the floor with the
reference hole and the long slot of the portion A at both ends of the Guide channel (EX3). When
installing it, the Guide channel should be directed so that the reference hole of portion A faces
toward the Basic storage system. Then fix the reference hole (Basic storage system side) of the
portion A tentatively with the screw PWH (4
x
8). During installation, confirm that the two
Robot cables are not crossed each other due to the twist of the belts. At the same time, be careful
not to pinch the harness beneath the Guide channel (EX3).
(20) Connect the Robot cable that is drawn out in step (17) to the connector (CN302) on the CB-120
board.
(21) Fix the X cable bracket (CBL-F) and the Guide channel (EX3) to the console respectively with
the screw (PWH4
x
8).
