10.9.3 Type 1 Digital Input Modules
Type 1 DIs have the following characteristics:
•
Nonsafety-related
•
Can be operated in either subunit A or B (single-channel configuration).
•
Can be operated in both subunits in any mix.
•
The module address may be set only in the subunit with the DI module. This address must not
be used in the other subunit.
