Structure of the Slave Diagnosis
The diagnostics of the ET 200L/ET 200L-SC/ET 200L-SC IM-SC distributed
I/O device comply with EN 50710 Volume 2, PROFIBUS. The slave diagno-
sis is explained below.
The slave diagnosis comprises 6 bytes for the ET 200L and not more than
17 bytes for the ET 200L-SC/ET 200L-SC IM-SC:
