Enabling SNMP on the HiPath Wireless Controller

You can enable SNMP on the HiPath Wireless Controller to retrieve statistics and configuration
information.

To enable SNMP Parameters:

From the main menu, click

Wireless Controller Configuration

Wireless Controller

screen appears.

In the left pane, click

SNMP

. The

Simple Network Management Protocol

screen

appears.

Type: the following information:

Contact Name

– Specifies the name of SNMP administrator
