Example of the “MODULE SELECTION” display:
Line 1:
The ET 200 handheld is connected to an ET 200U station
with station number 3.
There is an 8–channel digital output module in slot 1.
There are further slots, which you can select with the cursor
keys.
Line 2:
Bit 4 in the station diagnostic byte is set, i.e. in the case of
a module with diagnostics capability there is either no load
voltage or there is an output short–circuit to ground.
Slot 3 reports the setting of module diagnostics bits.
There is at least one more slot with diagnostics message,
which you can select with the cursor keys.
