Adapting system functions to the measurement site
Once you have completed the site configuration wizard, all the system functions should be
available, and correctly interconnected.
All system functions that then have to be adapted to the measurement site are displayed
in the navigation area.
You have to enter information about the measurement site, store the correct position and
rotation of the system components, assign devices to the system components, and
configure the IP addresses.
▸
Work through the hierarchical structure in the navigation tree from top to bottom when
editing the system parameters.
You can still configure the measurement site and system functions even if you have not
yet connected or linked any devices. You must know the mounting position of the system
components.
If it is necessary to assign the devices to the system components and configure the IP
addresses, this takes place in a subsequent step.
