Password protection
The “Maintenance” sub-menu is protected: When the “Maintenance” sub-menu is
accessed, a password prompt is displayed.
How to open the “Maintenance” sub-menu
1 Open the “Maintenance” sub-menu: Main menu

Maintenance.
➝ The menu for entering the password appears:
2 Enter the password into the entry field:
1 2 3 7 8 9
3 Press .
➝ The “Maintenance” menu appears and is available for use.

Access to the “Maintenance” sub-menu is free until the measurement display is opened
once more.

The password is not variable and is the same for all EuroFID analyzers.
●
As long as the “Service lock” control input is activated, access to the
“Maintenance” sub-menu is blocked: A corresponding note appears when
the password is entered.
The service lock can be overridden by entering the password once more.

It is not necessary to enter the password again if you return to the main menu
and open “Maintenance” once more. It is only necessary to enter a password
again when the measurement display is opened once more.
