Installation of the Analyzer Unit

Installation of the “wall housing” type analyzer unit
4.1.1
Assembly/securing
Mount the “wall housing” analyzer unit on a stable basis (any installation position).
Ensure that the installed sample gas filter remains accessible (
If a heated sample gas line is used:
Take the space requirements of the sample gas
line into account.
On devices with the “flow barrier” option:
Secure the supplied solenoid valve at a
suitable location.

Also connect the instrument air supply to a gas

valve to the “flow barrier” gas connection.

Observe the information on fuel gas (
Connect the fuel gas supply to the “Fuel gas” gas
connection.

Provide suitable span gas (

Observe the information on span gas supply (

Connect the span gas supply to the “Calibration gas”

Connect the sample gas inlet to the sample gas
sampling point. Suitable material: Non-corrosive
metal pipe with an outer diameter of 6 mm.

If it is necessary to eliminate the bypass flow due to the
composition of the sample gas:
Connect an exhaust gas line to the “Bypass”
connection. Suitable material: Non-corrosive hose
with an inside diameter of 16 mm.
Observe the information on installation of the
exhaust gas connections (

Exhaust gas
If it is necessary to eliminate the exhaust gas due to the
composition of the sample gas:
Connect an exhaust gas line to the “Exhaust”
connection. Suitable material: Non-corrosive hose
with an inside diameter of 6 mm.
Observe the information on installation of the
